We have an in-house team which look after our commercial services from the tendering stage, ongoing project management, procurement, finances and everything in-between.

We helped deliver The renovations of a 80x individual student accommodation block at Nottingham Trent university in partnership with Harris evolutions LTD, our task was to design and install a district heating system to feed the individual accommodation blocks along with a kitchenette in each apartment and hot water storage to deliver the apartment’s domestic hot water requirements. The radiators were fed indirectly from the main boiler house using plate to plate heat exchangers.
Their usual contractor unfortunately couldn’t meet the requirements for this project and they required a reliable contractor to carry out the plumbing and heating mentioned aboved.
We were instructed to carry out the design and installation of the plumbing installation for a service station this meant dealing with everything from Costa coffee machines, back of house staff welfare areas and toilets including the disabled access toilets and domestic hot water supplies.

In 2024 we teamed up with Inuti Global, we were given the responsibility of delivering the public health package. This consisted of running dedicated foul water drainage throughout the building, along with installing chemical-resistant waste stacks and pipework to the labs, along with individual POV water heaters, water meters, 2x large boosted water tanks to supply fresh potable water as well as a CAT5 supply for areas with risk of contamination. With such a high-value building it was imperative measures were designed into the system, for this reason we installed a leak detection system integrated into the install to protect the building in the event of an escape of water.
We had to deliver a high standard of install as a lot of the electrical and mechanical equipment has been used to create a modern industrial look. This was achieved by making a feature of the high-level services by leaving many exposed in the finished product.
